If you look closely, in an early scene during Martin Scorsese's film "Taxi Driver", Robert DeNiro's character, Travis Bickle, is seen with his hair styled so that it parts on the left side of his head. Later in the film, if you look closely, you'll see that his hair is styled with a "mohawk" style cut, and he's splattered with blood.
